XINYU Hardware is a professional manufacturer and exporter, specialized in OEM/ODM custom production of fence hardware, bathroom accessories and matching fasteners. With own factories in Xiamen, China and Chon Buri, Thailand, we leverage mature manufacturing systems, stable supply capability and international service experience to deliver cost-effective hardware products and customized solutions to global customers.

Production Capabilities & Process

XINYU Hardware operates a comprehensive set of in-house production equipment — pneumatic punch presses, punch press feeders, air compressors, screw cold heading machines, screw thread rolling machines, grinders, drill presses, open-back inclinable presses and vibratory finishing equipment. This supports a complete production flow from stamping, blanking, hole punching, pierce punching, ear punching and forming through deburring, painting, assembly and packaging to finished-goods delivery.

Across this flow we work in stainless steel 201/304/316, carbon steel, aluminum, zinc alloy and brass, with hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating and zinc plating applied per application, climate and budget.

Inquiry

Please provide a product drawing (DWG / PDF / STEP) and estimated quantity so we can return a fast, accurate quote.

Quotation & Order Confirmation

Formal quote within 24–48 hours (tooling cost itemized separately for custom designs). Production starts once the purchase agreement is signed and the deposit is received.

Tooling Development

Required only for custom designs. Once tooling cost is confirmed, we develop the mold from your drawings; standard items skip this step.
04

Sampling & Approval

Samples produced from new or existing tooling are sent for your review and approval before mass production.

Mass Production

Batch production with in-process and final QC. Lead time is agreed during the quotation stage.

Packaging & Export Delivery

Custom packaging and private labelling supported. Export documentation handled in-house; FOB / CIF terms supported.
